I would like to tell my experience of stopping in to get something cold to drink. I found the place to be very well kept and looking good. Those that were in customer service were professional courteous. Thank you

My husband has tried to go here several times. He said that the people there always seem like they're being put out to take your order. Well today I tried to go there myself to try it out. When I stepped in the door, the place had a bit of a foul smell. Sort of like when you got to the butcher shop and it just smells off. That should've sent me elsewhere, but I really wanted to give this place a chance. We usually go to the one on Broadway, which is always sparkling clean, the service is fast, and they are always packed. There's always a pretty long line. The Broadway location is actually quite a bit farther from home too. I, sadly, had the same experience as my husband did. There was only one lady in line and so I waited patiently behind her. After she was finished and got her order, I waited at the counter to place my order. Even though there were about 4 persons working, no one came to the counter to take my order. I waited about 5 min. Then another customer walked in, and after a minute a man came out from the back and asked her if she had been helped, and then proceeded to take her order, even though she was standing behind me in line. So I promptly left & took my dollars e

Took forever to get my order✨Food was salty✨And didn’t get my order correct✨ Ordered a lentil soup and a lomo with ham torta. It took them more than 30 minutes to get my order done, as I saw other people who came after me leaving with their order in hand I approached the front desk and asked about my order. They told me that it was coming, after about 10 minutes they figured out that my torta was somewhere there and gave me my order. Lentil soup was salty and the torta wasn’t the lomo with ham, it was only ham. The torta was ok, just cold.
